Fjällen is a distinctive residential development in Levi, Lapland, combining hotel-style comfort with personalised living in a three-storey building of 13 exclusive apartments and inviting shared spaces.

Shaw was responsible for the design concept for the development, interior design, material and furniture specifications, space planning, and the creation of renderings and materials for sales and marketing. The design approach focused on creating a calm, understated interior language that feels closely connected to its natural setting, allowing residents to take in the surrounding landscape throughout the year.

A subdued colour palette and minimalist interior style allow the views, light and changing seasons of Lapland to take focus. Warm natural materials, considered finishes and carefully planned spaces create a sense of comfort and refinement, while leaving room for each apartment to be shaped by the personal style of its residents.
